The article in question has drawn attention to a distressing situation: the perception that there are inadequate funds available to re-build houses for the victims of a devastating hailstorm that took place last week in around Ngculwini area , all while a decision has been made to allocate over R200 million for the construction of a Village for Members of Parliament.
